CHAPTER 15.36: TRANSITION

Section

15.36.010 EXISTING LAWS EFFECTIVE.

The comprehensive plan, building codes regulating minimum construction, heating, lighting and other requirements and specifications, and other building and land use regulations adopted by ordinance in the existing cities of the borough shall remain in effect until superseded by ordinances of the borough.
