MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT REGULATIONS

5.09.010 Definitions.
A. For the purpose of the chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
“Marijuana business” means any and all business, acts, or commerce subject to registration or licensure pursuant to Alaska Statute Chapter 17.38. (Amended by the voters at the October 4, 2016, regular election)
5.09.020 Marijuana businesses prohibited.
Marijuana businesses are prohibited in the City of North Pole. (Amended by the voters at the October 4, 2016, regular election)
