ELECTION OFFENSES AND CORRUPT PRACTICES

2.36.010 Prohibited conduct.
The acts set forth in Alaska Statutes Title 15, Ch. 56 are hereby declared to be election offenses and corrupt practices at municipal elections in the Municipality of Skagway, and are hereby prohibited.
