GATED RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES1

7.20.010 Key access systems.
A. In order that city employees performing official city duties can gain access to gated residential communities, the communities shall install and maintain a key access system in an accessible location. The key access system shall provide access to those city agencies and departments authorized pursuant to subsection (B) of this section.
B. The city council, by resolution, shall authorize individual city agencies and departments to possess keys to the access systems and adopt rules for their use by each such agency or department. [Ord. 2010-126 § 1 (Exh. A)].
