URINATION AND DEFECATION IN PUBLIC PLACES

8.32.010 Prohibition.
No person shall urinate or defecate on private property in an area exposed to public view or on any public street, sidewalk, alley, park or other public place except in a toilet receptacle within the structure of a restroom facility. [Ord. 2018-205 § 3].
8.32.020 Penalty.
Any person violating this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to fines and penalties as provided in AVMC 1.06.010. [Ord. 2018-205 § 3].
