CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE

14.22.010 Approval.
Requests for certificates of compliance shall be reviewed by the director. [Ord. 2010-126 § 1 (Exh. A)].
14.22.020 Procedure.
Requests for a certificate of compliance shall be processed and reviewed in compliance with the provisions and procedures set forth in the subdivision manual and Sections 66412.6 and 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Act. No certificate of compliance or conditional certificate of compliance shall be valid until it has been recorded with the county clerk/county recorder. [Ord. 2010-126 § 1 (Exh. A)].
