COUNTYADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER/DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

2.13.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to create efficiencies of service to the board of supervisors and citizens of Alpine County and to lessen the impact on the county budget because of funding separate individuals to occupy these offices. (Ord. 721-16 § 1, 2016: Ord. 707 § 1, 2014)

2.13.020 Qualifications.

Any person holding the office of county administrative officer/director of health and human services must be qualified to occupy both offices pursuant to the laws of the state of California and any job descriptions adopted by the board of supervisors. The board of supervisors may modify qualifications, duties and compensation as necessary or desired by subsequent enactment of resolution.
