APPEAL FEES

2.92.010 Appeal fees.
Unless a fee is specified elsewhere in this code, any person whose interests have been injured by a decision in an administrative hearing held by a county official or body shall pay an appeal fee of seventy-five dollars when filing an appeal with the board of supervisors. No such appeal fee shall be required unless the appeal is from such an administrative hearing. The appeal fee set forth herein shall not be paid when the appellant is a county official or body appealing with the course and scope of his/her county duties. (Ord. 1202 §2, 1989).
