PROHIBITION ON OVERNIGHT RECREATION USE

7.46.010 Prohibited overnight recreation use.

No person shall camp, park any vehicle, congregate or otherwise loiter between the hours of nine p.m. and six a.m. in the following areas:

A.    The area bounded on the south by the Amador-Calaveras County line, on the west by State Highway 49, on the north by a line parallel to and extending one thousand five hundred linear feet north from the centerline of Electra County Road, and on the east by the east boundary of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company property, and, in addition, on all real property owned by the Bureau of Land Management of the Department of the Interior of the government of the United States which is contiguous to the Mokelumne River between said State Highway 49 on the west and the Electra Powerhouse on the east;

B.    Pacific Gas and Electric Company lands surrounding Upper and Lower Bear River Reservoir except in designated and signed camping areas. The prohibition set forth in this subsection may be enforced by any duly authorized officer or representative of the U.S. Forest Service. (Ord. 1239 §2(part), 1990).

7.46.020 Violation deemed misdemeanor.

Each violation of the prohibition set forth in this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1239 §2(part), 1990).
