PARKING VEHICLES WITH HOLDING TANKS

7.54.010 Permission required.
No person may park or leave overnight any vehicle, including any automobile, truck, recreational vehicle, motor home, trailer, or mobile home, in which is installed a holding tank or other receptacle capable of holding sewage, on any county road, other county property, or on any private property without the express written permission of the owner of the property. This section is intended as an addition to existing health and safety laws set forth in the California Health and Safety Code and Title 14 of this code, and to existing zoning ordinances set forth in Title 19 of this code.
