STOP INTERSECTIONS

10.20.010 Gopher Flat and Pine Gulch Roads--Designated.

The following road intersection is designated as a stop intersection within the meaning of the provisions of sections of the California Vehicle Code, said road intersection being the intersection of the Gopher Flat County Road and Pine Gulch County Road, situated in Amador County.  (Ord. 197 §1, 1940).

10.20.020 Gopher Flat and Pine Gulch Roads--Full stop required.

All vehicles are required to be brought to a full stop before entering or crossing said intersection described in Section 10.20.010, at any entrance or crossing which is marked with “Stop” signposts as provided by Section 471 of the California Vehicle Code.  (Ord. 197 §2, 1940).

10.20.030 Gopher Flat and Pine Gulch Roads--Violation and penalty.

Any person violating any provisions of Section 10.20.020 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars.  (Ord. 197 §3, 1940).
