17.24.010 Lot area and width--Minimum.

Minimum lot area shall be six thousand square feet.  Minimum lot width shall be sixty feet along the front property line, except on a cul-de-sac turnaround, where the front property line may be reduced to not less than thirty-five feet measured along the property line, and the lot must have fifty feet width at building line.  (Ord. 375 §7.1, 1965).

17.24.030 Front property line width.

Width at the front property line may be reduced by one-third where the frontage abuts the outside of any curve with a centerline radius of less than one hundred feet.  (Ord. 375 §7.201, 1965).

17.24.040 Panhandle lots--When allowed.

Panhandle lots, of the required width and area, will be allowed only where the terrain makes a standard design or frontage impossible or impractical.  (Ord. 375 §7.202, 1965).

17.24.050 Panhandle lots--Specifications.

Where deep or panhandle lots are allowed, the street frontage of each panhandle access shall be not less than twenty feet wide, and the panhandle access shall not be more than three hundred feet long.  Not more than two such panhandle access points shall abut each other, and if so combined, the width of each panhandle may be reduced to not less than fifteen feet.  All such access points or combinations thereof shall be separated from each other by the frontage required for a standard lot under the other provisions of this title.  (Ord. 375 §7.3, 1965).

17.24.060 Improvements.

All design and improvements shall be as set forth in the whole of Chapters 17.16 through 17.48.  (Ord. 375 §7.4, 1965).

17.24.070 Suitability of lots--Access.

All lots shall be suitable for the purposes for which they are to be developed.  The planning commission or the county engineer may require, as a condition precedent to the approval of a final map, that satisfactory access be provided to each lot, at the grade of the abutting road, at a point not less than eighteen feet from the centerline of such road.  (Ord. 375 §7.5, 1965).

17.24.090 Interior lots.

Interior lots having frontage on more than one street shall have a minimum depth of two hundred feet, except where the physical condition of the land makes a lesser depth necessary.  (Ord. 375 §7.7, 1965).
