CITY TREASURER

2.16.010 Bond.
The city treasurer, upon the entry of office, shall execute a bond to the city in the amount of $25,000 in conformity with bonds of public officers, and in conformity with the provisions of the Government Code of the state relating thereto. (Prior code § 2202(1)).
