17.24.050 Permit – Application – Condition for granting.

The chief may require, as a condition for granting any permit for an event specified in BGMC 17.24.010, that the applicant deposit with the city a sum not to exceed $100.00 to provide for standby ambulance service for such event. (Ord. 325 § 8, 1974; prior code § 4246).

17.24.060 Permit – Application – Appeal procedure.

In the event any application is denied by the chief, the applicant may appeal the decision of the chief to the city council by filing a notice of appeal with the city clerk. Upon the filing of such a notice of appeal, the city clerk shall set the matter for hearing before the city council at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the city council. (Ord. 325 § 8, 1974; prior code § 4246).
