CLOSING OF AMUSEMENT PLACES

5.16.010 Hours designated.
All places of amusement in the city shall be closed between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Ord. 114-C M.C. § 1, 1947; Ord. 114-B M.C. § 1, 1945; Ord. 114 M.C. § 1, 1944).
5.16.020 Violation – Penalty.
Repealed by Ord. 03-9. (Ord. 114 M.C. § 2, 1944).
