15.55.010 Appeals to the board of appeals.

Any interested person may appeal an alleged error in any requirement, decision or determination of the floodplain administrator hereunder to the board of appeals by filing a written notice of appeal, stating the grounds thereof, in accordance with Chapter 1.44 BMC. (Ord. 25-11 § 1).

15.55.020 Appeals to the city council.

Any interested person may appeal a decision made by the board of appeals to the city council by filing a written notice of appeal, stating the grounds thereof, in accordance with Chapter 1.44 BMC. (Ord. 25-11 § 1).
