11.15.010 Building code compliance required.
No building or other structure shall be moved into the city of Biggs, which said building or other structure does not comply with the building code of that city of Biggs. [Ord. 119 § 1, 1957]
11.15.020 Inspections – Permits.
Before any building or other structure is moved into the city of Biggs, it must first pass inspection by the building inspector and a permit must first be obtained from the said building inspector before any building or other structure is moved into the said city limits. [Ord. 119 § 2, 1957]
11.15.030 Violations.
Violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and any building or other structure moved into the city of Biggs, in violation of this chapter shall be subject to abatement as a public nuisance pursuant to the State Housing Act. [Ord. 119 § 3, 1957]
