16.08.010 General.
The application and information requirements for submittal of tentative maps, parcel maps, vesting maps, lot line adjustments, lot mergers, and certificates of compliance shall be governed by the provisions of this title.
16.08.020 Application required.
Submittal of tentative maps, parcel maps, vesting maps, lot line adjustments, lot mergers, and certificates of compliance shall be accompanied by a completed application on application forms provided by the City, and appropriate filing fees.
16.08.030 Form and contents.
The form and contents of tentative maps, parcel maps, vesting maps, lot line adjustments, lot mergers, and certificates of compliance shall conform to the information requirements adopted by resolution of the City of Calistoga Planning Commission in effect at the time the application is filed.
