9.28.010 Vehicle operation.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motorcycle or any type of motor driven vehicle on any beach within the city limits; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to maintenance or emergency vehicles used in the performance of a public function by a public officer, or by a person otherwise authorized to operate the maintenance or emergency vehicle thereon. 9.28.020 Camping.

No person shall camp, temporarily or permanently, or sleep overnight on any beach within the city. (Ord. 332 § 2, 1970)

9.28.030 Fires.

No person shall light, build, create or maintain a fire on any beach within the city unless said fire is enclosed within a metal or other nonflammable portable barbecue container that does not exceed thirty-six inches in diameter. (Ord. 332 § 3, 1970)

9.28.040 Sales.

No person shall sell any goods, ice cream, candy or any other item on any beach within the city limits of the city. (Ord. 332 § 4, 1970)
