16.36.020 Fees for defraying actual and estimated costs of constructing bridges or major thoroughfares.
The city shall have the authority to require payment of fees as described in Government Code Section 66484, which is by reference incorporated in this chapter. Particular emphasis is called to the following facts: these must be imposed by specific reference to the circulation element of the general plan; there must be a public hearing; there must be a fair method of allocating costs.
