This chapter shall be known as the “Fire Hazard Severity Zones Map Ordinance.” (§ 1, Ord. 25-07, eff. June 11, 2025)
4.4.1.02 Purpose.
The City Council hereby designates the fire hazard severity zones as recommended by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection pursuant to Government Code Section 51178.
The map, approved by the City, is hereby incorporated by reference, and entitled “City of Clovis Fire Hazard Severity Zones.”
