UNIFORM CODE FOR THE ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS

70.05.010 Code adopted.
The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings (UCADB), 1997 Edition, as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, is adopted and incorporated by reference herein as the City Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings for the purpose of prescribing regulations in the City of Coronado to provide a just, equitable, and practicable method, to be cumulative with and in addition to any remedy provided by the Building Code, Housing Code or otherwise available at law, whereby buildings and structures which from any cause endanger the life, limb, health, morals, property, safety or welfare of the general public or their occupants may be required to be repaired, vacated or demolished.
