CONVERSION OF MOBILEHOME PARK

82.44.010 Report required.
At the time of filing a tentative or tentative parcel map for subdivision to be created from the conversion of a mobilehome park to another use, the subdivider shall file a report in accordance with Section 66427.4 of the Act.
82.44.020 Procedure.
In approving a conversion of a mobilehome park to another use, the City Council shall comply with the requirements of Section 66427.4 of the Act.
