DESIGN REVIEW ADMINISTRATION

A. There is created and established a design review administration for the city. The design review administration shall assist the planning commission in implementing the provisions of Section 17.62.040 (Design review). The design review administration shall review proposals and make recommendations to the planning commission.

B. The design review administration may include city staff, a building architect, a landscape design professional, or other persons skilled in the necessary disciplines, as determined by the director on a project-by-project basis. The director shall be responsible for resolving any conflicting recommendations and providing consolidated recommendations to the planning commission. (Ord. 885 § 2 Exh. A (part), 2019).
