COST RECOVERY FOR SERVICES

3.02.010 Generally.
The schedule of rates, compensations, and charges, as set out in the table of rates on file in the office of the city clerk, are fixed and established as the rates, compensations, and charges and minimum charges to be charged and collected by the city for recovery of costs for services except as hereinafter specifically provided, or as provided by those which the city council may from time to time determine, fix, and establish by a resolution duly and regularly adopted by it. Such charges may be changed by the city council from time to time by resolution and shall respectively be applicable for the respective periods designated or governed by such respective resolutions.
