9.36.010 Drinking in public parks and other public places.

Except as may be permitted at city-authorized events, no person shall drink any beer, wine or any other intoxicating beverages in any public park or other public place. This section shall not be deemed to make punishable an act or acts which are prohibited by any law of the state. (Ord. 2025-01 § 2 (Exh. 3); Ord. 544 § 1, 1975)
