14.28.010 Adoption.
The 2025 California Historical Building Code, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) and adopted by the California Building Standards Commission as Part 8 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (referred to as the “code” in this chapter), except as specifically repealed or amended by the city of Dinuba, is hereby adopted by reference pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Sections 50022.1 through 50022.8, inclusive. 14.28.030 Adoption of subsequent supplements, revisions and amendments.
All supplements, revisions, and amendments to the California Historical Building Code hereafter approved and adopted by the State of California are incorporated into this code and made a part hereof.
