T – TEMPORARILY UNCLASSIFIED DISTRICT

18.03A.060 Height of structures.
18.03A.010 Purposes.
All parcels which are annexed to the City of Dixon and not specifically zoned or prezoned into any of the other various zone districts upon annexation shall be automatically designated on the official zoning map as “T,” temporarily unclassified, in order to allow time to consider and act upon zoning requests which are consistent with the Dixon General Plan. 18.03A.020 Permitted uses.
The following uses shall be permitted:
A. Agriculture, except animal feed yards, animal sales yard, animal stock yard and the processing of farm products on a commercial basis, but including enlargement or structural alteration of single-family residential or agricultural buildings, and buildings which are accessory to any single-family or agricultural use when such buildings were in existence at the time the land upon which such building is located became temporarily unclassified.
B. Those facilities which State law requires to be allowed in this zone to the extent provided by State law and subject to any constraints of said State law. [Ord. 13-008 § 2; Ord. 13-009 § 2(1); Ord. 15-002 § 5. Formerly 18.03.020.]
18.03A.030 Conditional uses.
The following uses shall be permitted upon the granting of a use permit as provided in Chapter 18.25 DMC:

18.03A.040 Required yards.
The following minimum front, rear, and side yards are required:
A. Front yard: thirty (30) feet.
B. Side yard: thirty (30) feet.

18.03A.050 Site area.

18.03A.060 Height of structures.
