21.05.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this title is to provide for the adoption and amendment of general plans, community plans, and specific plans, and to establish procedures for the preparation and review of a capital procedure program providing for the physical development of the City of Elk Grove. 21.05.020 General plans, community plans, and specific plans.
The procedures for adoption and amendment of the City’s General Plan, any community plans, and specific plans shall be as provided in EGMC Title 23 (Zoning). [Ord. 3-2018 §3 (Exh. A), eff. 4-13-2018]
