5.08.010 Allowed when.
Under and pursuant to Section 19 of Article IV of the California Constitution, bingo games may be conducted in the city only for the benefit of organizations exempted from the payment of the bank and corporation tax under subsections a, b, d, e, f, and g of Section 23701 of the Revenue and Taxation Code and by mobilehome park associations and senior citizens organizations; and provided, that the proceeds of such games are used only for charitable purposes. 5.08.020 Violation – Penalty.
It is unlawful and constitutes an infraction for any person to violate or fail to comply with any provision of this chapter. (Ord. 470, 2003)
