GAS TAX FUND

3.16.010 Established.
Pursuant to Section 2113 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state, there is established in the treasury of the city, a “special gas tax street improvement fund” and all payments into and disbursements from said fund, shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code of the state pertaining to such fund.
