PENALTY
Section
10.32.010 DESIGNATED.
Unless otherwise specifically provided, any person violating any provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this traffic ordinance codified in Chapters 10.02 through 10.30 is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1.12.
