ACCEPTANCE OF STREET DEDICATIONS*

12.04.010 General criteria.

No street or portion thereof within the city shall be accepted unless such street or portion thereof is not less than 50 feet in width, and unless the same is properly graded and guttered, and until it has been referred to the street committee or the superintendent of public works, and a report has been received of its condition. (Code 1961 § 21-1).

12.04.020 Uniformity of private property.

No street shall be accepted for its entire width until the private property thereon is uniform from crossing to crossing. (Code 1961 § 21-2).

12.04.030 Partial and conditional acceptance.

A street may be partially or conditionally accepted in whole or in part under such terms as the city council deems reasonable and in conformity with law. (Code 1961 § 21-3).
