Chapter 11.04
OBSTRUCTIONS

11.04.010 Mailboxes prohibited.

No person shall place, or cause to be placed anywhere upon any public or private street or sidewalk nor upon the private property immediately adjacent thereto any freestanding receptacle or mailbox whether singular or collective, designed for the receipt of newspapers or mail delivered by the United States Postal Service; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to those subdivisions entitled:

A.    Sea Colony, the subdivision maps of which are recorded with the San Mateo County recorder in Volume 98, Pages 67-68, 69-70, 71-72 and 73-74, recorded on November 20, 1978;

B.    Brighton Court, the subdivision maps of which are recorded with the San Mateo County recorder in Volume 63, Pages 42-47 (Lots 1 through 39 of Tract No. 61-79, Foster City Neighborhood 4), recorded on December 28, 1979;

C.    That portion of Port Royal, the subdivision maps of which are recorded with the San Mateo County recorder in Volume 68, Pages 1-6 (Lots 438 through 487 of Tract 846, Foster City Neighborhood 8), recorded on June 5, 1968;

D.    Paradise Cove, the subdivision maps of which are recorded with the San Mateo County recorder in Volume 99, Pages 85-86 (Lots 1 through 7 of Tract 60-78, Foster City Neighborhood 7), recorded on October 16, 1979; and
