MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC RULES

10.40.010 Driving through funeral processions.
No driver of a vehicle shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such processions are conspicuously so designated. (Prior code § 3-5.801)
10.40.020 Driving on sidewalks, parkways, or medians.
No person shall drive any vehicle upon any sidewalk, parkway, or median, except at a driveway or opening established by public authorities for the use of vehicles. (Prior code § 3-5.803)
10.40.030 Driving on new pavement.
No person shall ride or drive any animal or vehicle over or across any newly-made pavement or freshly painted marking in any street when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking or when a sign is in place stating that the street, or any portion thereof, is closed. (Prior code § 3-5.804)
10.40.040 Driving on or from restricted access roadways.
No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway, except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority. (Prior code § 3-5.805)
10.40.050 Driving over curbs.
No person shall drive any vehicle over any curb or berm, except at a driveway established by public authorities for the use of vehicles. (Prior code § 3-5.806)
10.40.060 Use of coasters, roller skates, and toy vehicles.
No person mounted upon roller skates or riding in, on, or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device shall go upon any roadway or upon the sidewalks or public areas in any business district nor within the Civic Center complex at 1700 West 162nd Street, Gardena, California. 10.40.070 Clinging to moving vehicles.
Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates, or toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway. (Prior code § 3-5.802)
