GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.05.010 District name.
The board of directors hereby orders the name of the district to be changed, to wit: Hi-Desert Water District. [Res. 518 § 1, 1980].
1.05.020 District logo.
An official logo shall be, and the same is hereby adopted for said water district, to consist of a rectangular device with an inscription containing the following, “Hi-Desert Water District,” as shown below:

1.05.030 Mailing address.
The official mailing and physical address of said district is hereby established as 55439 Twentynine Palms Highway, Yucca Valley, California 92284.
The mailing address for bills only is P.O. Box 7002, Yucca Valley, California 92286. [Amended during 2010 codification; Ord. 63 § 7, 1990].
