ORGANIZATION

5.10.010 Organization.
The organization of the Hi-Desert Water District shall be comprised of the directors, the general manager, and such other employees and assistants as may be hired therefor. [Ord. 73 § 4.01, 2002].
5.10.020 General manager.
The general manager, as provided for in Water Code Section 30580, shall have full charge and control of the maintenance, operation and construction of the water works and water distribution system of the district. [Ord. 73 § 4.02, 2002].
