EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN

The board of directors of the Hi-Desert Water District does hereby approve and adopt an emergency operations plan for the Hi-Desert Water District which will comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act and will give guidance and procedure in responding to such emergencies as they might arise.
