The Hi-Desert Water District board of directors does hereby approve and adopt the National Incident Management System and the Standardized Emergency Management System as the utility’s standard for incident management, and participation in the Emergency Response Network of the Inland Empire, and furthermore directs staff to implement the NIMS, the SEMS and participation in ERNIE including the delivery of an employee training program.
