It is determined that each member of the city council shall receive a salary in the amount of $795.99 per month as provided for in Government Code Section 36516. (Ord. 381 § 1, 2013; Ord. 325 § 1, 2008; Ord. 300 § 1, 2005; Ord. 138 § 1, 1991)
2.04.020 Benefits – City council.
This action does make the city council eligible for retirement, health and dental benefits as long as the benefits are paid by the councilmember or are deducted from their compensation. (Ord. 325 § 1, 2008; Ord. 138 § 1, 1991)
2.04.030 Meeting of city council.
Repealed by Ord. 452. (Ord. 236 § 1, 1998)
2.04.040 Venue and time for meetings.
The regular meetings of the city council of the city of Highland shall be held at the Donahue Council Chambers, 27215 Base Line, Highland, California 92346, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays based on a schedule set forth by Resolution No. 2022-001 of the city council. (Ord. 452 § 2, 2022)
