TRESPASS

9.48.010 Unlawful.

The practice of going in and upon private residences and/or private residence property in the city by solicitors, peddlers, hawkers, itinerant merchants and transient vendors of merchandise, except milk, other dairy products, eggs and vegetables, not having been requested or invited so to do by the owner or owners, occupant or occupants of the private residences and/or private residence property, for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods, wares and merchandise, except milk, other dairy products, eggs and vegetables, and/or for the purpose of disposing of and/or peddling or hawking the same, is prohibited, a nuisance and punishable as such as a misdemeanor.
