10-40.010 Adoption of the California Mechanical Code.
The California Mechanical Code, 2022 Edition, based on the 2021 Uniform Mechanical Code as published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, as if set forth at length herein, as the mechanical code of the city of Laguna Hills, regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation and maintenance of heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration systems, incinerators and other miscellaneous heat producing appliances. Not less than one copy of said code has been filed in the office of the City Clerk and shall be made available for public inspection.
