The California Existing Building Code, 2022 Edition, based on the 2019 International Existing Building Code as published by the International Code Council is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, as if set forth at length herein, as the city of Laguna Hills existing building code regulating the construction, alteration, movement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures in the city. Not less than one copy of said code has been filed in the office of the City Clerk and shall be made available for public inspection. (Ord. 2022-3 § 9; Ord. 2019-4 § 9: Ord. 2016-7 § 10.
