CONDUCT ON BUSINESS PREMISES.

No person shall indulge in riotous, boisterous, threatening or indecent conduct, or use abusive, profane or indecent language, or loiter, interrupt or obstruct normal business or activity within any public place, including, but not limited to, places of public accommodation or amusement. Any person under the influence of liquor or who is guilty of boisterous conduct, or any person of lewd or immoral character, may be excluded from any drive-in restaurant, hamburger stand and other types of eating houses, and from hotels, motels, places where ice cream or soft drinks of any kind are sold, and places where food is sold for consumption either on or off the premises. The exclusion of such person as provided herein shall include but shall not be limited to the parking lot, if any, maintained by the owner or operator of such places of public accommodation for the convenience of his patrons; provided, such parking lot is on the same premises or contiguous to the premises of such owner or operator.
