SALES CONDUCTED IN PARKING LOTS.

4-11.1 Contents of Application for Special Permit; Fee.

Each applicant for a special permit required by subsection 4-8.8p to manage, conduct or carry on the offering for sale or actual selling of merchandise of any kind or type in a parking lot located within the City shall state in the application the location(s) where such sale(s) will occur, the date(s) of such sale(s), and declare and acknowledge that such sale(s) shall not occur on any public right-of-way or sidewalk or be conducted in such a manner as to interfere with public fire or police protection services. A fee in an amount established by resolution of the City Council shall accompany each application. (Code 1972 §17-100; Ord. #1201, §2)

4-11.2 Duration of Special Permit.

No special permit required by subsection 4-8.8r shall be granted for more than three (3) days for the purpose of conducting the sale(s). (Code 1972 §17-10; Ord. #1201, §2)

4-11.3 Sales Conducted in Parking Lots; Prohibitions.

No sale conducted in a parking lot shall occur in any public right-of-way or sidewalk or be conducted in such a manner as to interfere with public fire or police protection services. (Code 1972 §17-102; Ord. #1201, §2)
