16.60.010 Swimming in Ellis and East Lakes prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to swim, ski or wade in the waters of Ellis and East Lakes, located in the city, except by special permission granted by the city council after a request in writing is officially filed in the office of the city clerk and approved by the council.
