8.16.010 Obstructing streets.
Whenever the free passage of any street or sidewalk is obstructed by a crowd, except on occasions of public meeting, the persons composing such crowd shall disperse or move on when directed to do so by any police officer.
This prohibition shall not apply to special events, governed by Chapter 8.60. (Ord. 1090 § 6, 2022; prior code § 18.16).
