BARBED WIRE AND RAZOR WIRE PROHIBITION

6.10.010 Prohibition.
No person shall place or install any type of barbed wire, razor wire or “t-bar” fencing material wherein such material at any time extends within five feet or less of any public easement, right-of-way or any private access easement designated as a pedestrian-equestrian trail on the City of Norco Official Zoning Map. Barbed wire or razor wire may be used for security purposes when placed on the top of another type of fence or wall, which is at least six (6) feet high and the barbed wire or razor wire is not angled toward the pedestrian-equestrian trail. (Ord. 740, 1998)
