DAMAGING PUBLIC BUILDINGS

11.36.010 Unlawful acts.
It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to willfully and maliciously cut, mark, deface, mar, destroy, or in any manner injure any public building, or property. Any person violating any provisions of this chapter may be prosecuted pursuant to Chapter 1.16 PGMC. [Ord. 08-006 § 35, 2008; Ord. 210 N.S. § 8-3050, 1952].
