TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS

1.08.010 City council.
Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of the city refer to the board of trustees, the reference shall be construed to be to the city council. (Ord. 238 § 1 (a), 1974).
1.08.020 Chief of police.
Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of the city refer to the marshal, the reference shall be construed to be to the chief of police. (Ord. 238 § 1 (b), 1974).
